Simultaneously climate change, pandemic/s, war and population growth create demands of higher and more sustainable food production. Innovation and technology are crucial to succeed- but how do we attract youth to choose this profession.

Market potential: Experienced based and inspirational – starting from the aspirations and dreams of young people. The problem of competence, labor and low status connected to the industry is well-known / universal.

Timing: A solution is an immediate need as there is a risk that production is being kept down due to lack of labor. The average age of active farmers is high. Farms risk to be shut down day by day.

Desired result: A digital (interactive?) solution to inspire, educate and engage young people to learn about the technologies and challenges connected to the agriculture sector and raise the applicants to education.
