Short description: We are looking for sensor based solutions to monitor the state of a property more efficiently (for example: amount of snow, how full waste bins are). Sensor data also helps to reduce unnecessary maintenance visits. This will also improve quality of property maintenance service.

Desired result: With more efficient sensor data we are able to avoid unnecessary visits at properties which leads to lower carbon emissions and more sustainable service.
