Making information on food intake more usable requires considerably more automation: identifying the quantity and quality of food within a meal in an easy-to-move design.

Desired result: A hardware and/or software MVP/concept/solution to our challenge that could be evaluated in real data collection situations. It should be portable and reliable. The solution should be able to replace manual weight measurements or self-reporting questionnaires.
