Short description: Easy to use software tool that will enable to optimise management of conference room reservation system. It will result in an improved product, which will integrate the whole process of booking conference/training rooms, ie. conference room availability, contracting, invoicing, payment, survey.
Market potential: Such a tool might be used by other insitutions offering conference and training space, ie.: science and technology parks, business centres, etc.
Timing: Expected solution may be implemented starting from 3Q2022.
Desired result: Easy to use platform should integrate the whole process of booking a conference/training room with the existing tools in PSEZ. Implemented solution should automize as many tasks as possible and be ready to serve in at least 15 different rooms within organisation.
