Short description: We have an ecological challenge in the local pond due to low inflow of fresh water and high intake of organic matter in poor ecological condition. In summer, the water in the pond heats up to air temperature, which causes a lack of oxygen in the water and leads to fish death.
Market potential: The challenge is not unique. In our region alone, we have three similar cases. An ecological and usable solution can also be implemented in other counties.
Timing: We are currently resolving the situation by manually removing the vegetation. In terms of time, it would make the most sense to test the solution during the summer or fall when the problem is at peak.
Desired result: The solution should ensure safe intervention in the aquatic environment, enable a better life for fish and other creatures in the pond. At the same time, improving the maintanance conditions.
