Often deliveries are missed & customers have to run after them. The target of the challenge is to identify smart ways to optimize preferred delivery.

Market potential: Potential partners are all logistics service providers. Parcel shipping market growing 17% y-o-y. Many parameters can influence customer satisfaction (e.g. time window, costs, bundling, CO2).
