Short description: We are looking for a futuristic concept for local district heating and cooling in developing industry area (55 hectares) by using waste energy. Area will consist of several types of properties (production facilities, offices, apartments) and processes. Area has zero carbon emission goals.
Market potential: Sustainability is a rising theme in industry area design. As the area is new and construction has not started yet it is possible to influence the area development in terms of thermal energy solution.
Timing: Concept should be ready in Q1/23.
Desired result: We are looking for a realistic concept that could be turned into a real plan. We hope the plan to be innovative but it needs to be based on existing technologies that can be applied easily. Also ROI must be considered. The business model of the concept is also needed.
