Short description: An application is needed that adaptively calculates required maintenance and repair tasks based on pre-defined measured values (full load hours, temperature etc) and standard values (material fatigue, wear and tear etc) and then visualises the tasks in a 3D building model (based on BIM data).

Market potential: With increasing requirements for energy efficiency and rising energy prices, the market potential for solutions which improve the operation of large buildings is very high.

Desired result: The application enables the building management to dynamically extend maintenance intervals depending on the actual load and environmental conditions.
