Short description: Social development need current and relevant data about its citizens to reduce societal problems such as mental illnes, segregation, risk exposure and unemployment. New tool(s) and or platform encouraging tech providers sharing existing and future data contributing to a sustainable society is needed.

Market potential: To involve citizens and tech providers in societal development means hundreds of millions of potential users in Europe. The potential solution is suitable for both public sector and private companies.

Timing: A pilot studie in Sweden is possible within the project time, i.e., the following two-three years. A fully funtional product can be implemented within a 3-5 year timeframe.

Desired result: Proof of concept for data sharing for the possibility of initiated procurement.
