On 15th of May, URBAN TECH solution providers will have the chance of receiving training by expert lawyers on legal aspects related to cooperating with foreign investors and service recipients.

Goal: To provide participants with an understanding of key investment terms and conditions they are likely to encounter when negotiating with investors.

The speakers

Rafał Celej is a partner at Kondracki Celej and an experienced transactional lawyer specializing in Venture Capital and technology M&A transactions. He is also an active participant in the Polish start-up ecosystem.

Kondracki Celej Law Firm is a Warsaw-based boutique law firm specializing in Venture Capital and technology M&A transactions, new tech law, and start-up advisory. George Havaris is a Canadian (of Greek decent) and a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of England and Wales. He is a corporate and banking lawyer with extensive experience working on cross-border M&A and financing transactions (a recommended lawyer in 2023 by the Legal 500 for Banking/Finance and Private Equity). George has provided numerous workshops for the British Law Centre in Poland and has been a guest lecturer at a Polish University for many years.
