Workshop 6: Boosting your team’s productivity
Goal: The goal of this workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key factors that influence team productivity, and to equip them with practical strategies and techniques to optimize their team’s performance. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to understand their team’s current productivity levels, identify areas for improvement, implement effective productivity-enhancing practices, and foster a positive work culture that promotes efficiency, collaboration, and results-driven performance. Participants will leave the workshop with actionable tools, resources, and insights to boost their team’s productivity and achieve better outcomes in their work environment.
The training is divided into two sections:
- Principles and factors that influence team productivity
- Tools and strategies to optimize team’s productivity
Outcome: Participants will gain a deep understanding of the principles and practices that drive team productivity and will be able to apply these concepts in their workplace. They will have a toolkit of practical strategies and techniques to optimize their team’s performance, identify and address productivity challenges, and create a positive work culture that fosters efficiency and collaboration.
