HealthX Future is a young startup with a focus on the nursing sector, which is building an intuitive communication and organization platform for the secure, fast and asynchronous exchange of information between full-stationary nursing facilities, office-based doctors, pharmacies, and therapists, and perspectively also patients, relatives and hospitals. We are now extending our focus to outpatient care and thus especially informal caregivers. Our platform will soon be deployed in neighborhoods and care communities as well.
