For the last 6 years my focus has been:
* Leading digitalization and digital transformation projects;
* Conducting large-scale business process reengineering projects in the private and public sector;
* Advising business strategy, helping to analyze, plan, and conduct large-scale investment projects.
Previously I founded business consultancy Advisio, as the CEO grew it to one of the largest business consultancies in Estonia (>20 employees) and sold it to Civitta.
