Short description: Developing a digital model to help cooperation between different stakeholders to support collaboration and patient-centric approach, supported by health care data and statistics. Currently public and private sector are not cooperating together due to ”silos”, no overview of ongoing developments.

Market potential: Public and private healthcare facilities (1406 – data of 2017); public health care institutions and health care industry, including population 1,3 mln. Solution will simplify and optimize resourcing.

Timing: As soon as possible due to health care crisis and different challenges – healthcare not supported by sustainable financing models in long-term.

Desired result: Connecting health care platform for all stakeholders, will help to reduce duplicative projects and allocate resources. Accessible data sharing between stakeholders, data analysis modules and accessibility to private/public partners. Wholesome process to improve health care developments nationwide.
