Therefore there is a need for a software toolbox to support medium size cities involve citizens in urban planning.

Market potential: An estimated 35,000 small and medium size European cities are already involving or plan to involve citizens in community planning processes. This is a solid market for a specifically designed SW tool.

Timing: This is an on-going need. It is OK to release various software modules one after the other.

Desired result: A customizable software toolbox to help municipalities involve citizens in community planning: measure database, communications modules (e.g. measure ranking, on-line voting, commenting etc.), process tracking (meeting schedules/agendas/minutes, off-line activity tracking), visualisation etc.
